Visualization Marketing is a phrase that I coined some years ago.  I was in the process of beginning my online journey.  I was writing content to pursue different positions on Google and I decided to turn my thoughts towards this art and science.  Since I have been a supreme believer in visualization, I turned this towards marketing a home business.  I decided first to visualize the success that I desired, before I chose to do any work at all.  This process has never, nor will ever fail.  As a matter of fact, the first thing in either promoting a home business, or in life itself, you must align yourself properly with your thinking, the proceed to accomplish the work you decide to do.   The process of visualization marketing is simple.  As a matter of fact, it is so utterly simple, that most people entirely miss it.  They are busy running around here and there on the Internet.  They are probably posting classified ads, reading other so-called gurus material, buying software programs by the millions and generally missing the entire point of effective marketing plans.   This leads to the high failure rate in the home business industry.  I am sure that you have been involved in some, or in most cases, many online businesses that did absolutely nothing for you but waste your valuable time, money and effort.  I know because I have been there and done that many times as well.  The longer that I am involved in the home business industry, I begin to clearly see the problems associated with it.     Some home business problems are as follows:   Lack of due diligence in researching MLM businesses... My Bail Out Plan Start a Home Business

People around the world are worried about what's happening in the
United States. China just announced that they are to stop investing,
or loaning money to American banks and lending institutions. Here is a
quote from one of the many online news sites, "Chinese regulators have
told domestic banks to stop interbank lending to U.S. financial
institutions to prevent possible losses during the financial crisis,
the South China Morning Post reported on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008."

Why starting a home business may be the best bailout plan available
for you. Here's how I got there!

In a newsletter I received from The Research and Editorial Staff of
The Association for Investor Awareness, Inc. (AIA), on September 25,
2008, they give no evidence that the "proposed bailout plan WILL
work." There is a lot of skepticism on both sides of the aisle;
proponents for the bailout plan say it's the same plan that saved
Japan and the U.S. at various times:

"Many economists believe that Uncle Sam's $700 billion cash
transfusion to our financial service industry will keep many essential
firms alive to provide the credit the economy requires. The proponents
also believe that we will eventually grow our way out of the hole, and
everybody's books -including Uncle Sam's - will be balanced again.

There is precedent for believing that the bailout plan will work.
Japan used it after its soaring real estate market collapsed in the
1980's and the country's banks went into a death spiral. Although the
country subsequently endured a 12 year recession, it wasn't
particularly hard on its citizens. In any event, the long recession
was infinitely better than the depression that might have otherwise
been Japan's fate.

Big cash infusions also rescued the U.S. economy at various times in
the past. For example, the Great Depression dragged on for over a
decade until preparations for WW-2 flooded the economy with money. The
theory goes that using the same technique early in a downturn can
prevent it from starting in the first place. "(1)

Sounds like this is the only thing that will save the U.S. economy and
prevent a depression, or at least, a deep recession. I don't know
about you but I tend to lean towards the pessimistic side, the side of
"we the people" have to take care of our selves. Uncle Sam, with their
excessive spending and idiotic plans, has caused the mess we are in
today. I'm not in favor of the government letting this country sink
into deeper debt because of the incompetency of the multi-millionaire
corporate execs that made some bad decisions. I'm relying on my home
business for financial security, NOT the federal government.

This proposed bailout plan, in my opinion, is like using a band aid to
reattach a severed limb. It may slow down the bleeding, but I don't
believe it will ever solve the crisis we are currently in, without
some major surgery.

Additional quote from the AIA, "Critics of the Treasury's rescue plan
believe the bailouts will only delay more bank failures and a sharp
recession by a few months. The most vocal naysayers are adamant that
the delay will make the inevitable problems worse. They also insist
that the bailouts will put the Treasury in the same dire straits as
the industry it is trying to rescue.

Furthermore, the bailout opponents argue, since the government will
ultimately get the money from the American people, the rescue plan
represents a gigantic case of robbing Peter to pay Paul. The critics
go on to cite many examples where the hot potato game of passing the
debt didn't end happily." (1)

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. This is a free country (but
maybe not for long); so the time to make a decision as a citizen of
this (once) "great country". Are you going to sit by and rely on the
government to take care of you, or are you going to take action and do
something about it?

Although there is little that individuals can do that will have any
effect on the national crisis, we can at least protect ourselves.
Starting a home business may be the best choice you will ever make.
You can sit back and wait to see what happens, or you can start a home
business today, and begin controlling your financial future.

Lose Weight

Weight loss is about finding a balance. You have to find activities to fit your lifestyle that are both healthy and reasonably achievable. You can work out 3 hours a day and you will lose weight. But if you do work out 3 hours a day, you are likely to lose ground in other areas of your life. Sacrificing your sanity to lose weight is not a healthy life style.

There are two ways to lose weight. There are pounds you lose because of healthy eating choices, and pounds you lose because of exercise and physical exertion. According to most nutritionists, one pound of fat equals 3500 calories. So, to lose one pound you must either cut 3500 calories from your diet, or burn 3500 calories via exercise. If you were to try and cut 3500 calories or burn 3500 calories, that would be an example of a unhealthy imbalance. Attempting either one of those will not only take too long, but will also, more than likely undermine the other. If you cut 3500 calories over the course of 3 days, you would not have the energy to be active (which is why you want to lose weight in the first place). And if you burned 3500 calories in three days you would need to eat more than you normally would to have that kind of energy.

The healthy balance to lose weight would be to find a balance between cutting calories and burning calories. How do you lose the first 30? Figure out how many calories you need to maintain your current weight. Then the simplest, healthiest way, to lose weight is pick a number of calories you can realistically and eliminate from your lifestyle. If for example you weighed 325, it takes 4290 calories to maintain that weight. Now that's a lot of calories… You An easily cut 1000 calories a day a day to lose weight. 1000 calories a day means losing a pound every 3 and a half days. Next I split it right down the middle in order to cut 500 calories and burn 500 calories. Now both of those numbers are not hard to accomplish. That is still 3790 calories you could eat and you only have to work out 30 minutes a day to burn 500 calories. So, when you start planning your lifestyle changes to lose weight, keep balance in mind to keep you healthy both physically and mentally.

How To get Your Article Indexed 6500 Times

First what you need to do. What about submitting more articles to your
existing list of article directories, rather than submitting to more
directories? Do you have the paid version of Article Submitter? That
is alot of directories.

Most of these directories have feed subscriptions. Most of them are
changing weekly and some daily on the sites which subscribe to these
feeds from article directories. Some markets are very competitive and
the content changes daily on their index page.

This means they use your article once and then change the feed on a
rotating basis. The great thing about the article feeds from the
article directories is that alot of sites that subscribe to these
feeds mash them with other feeds that are related.

If you want more articles to appear at the same time on these sites,
write related articles that can go into another related category. In
your case, real estate investment and real estate residential.

Also, another exciting point is alot of the websites subscribing to
article directory feeds allow their visitors to subscribe to their own
mashed up feed on their website. even better, they submit this mashed
up rss feed right back into feed directories, with their own content
blended in.

Now you get a thousand new sites who never even subscribed to the
article directories you submitted your article to, showing up at all
these new sites. I tested this point last week on my seo testing blog.
I found at some point my article was getting indexed 6,500 new indexed
positions in Google alone for almost two days straight.

When it had peaked in indexing results some thirty-five hours later,
Google had indexed over half a million new positions for my article.
And naturally the original article on my seo test blog was in first
place - forever I might add.

In order to do the same you need to write articles on a consistant
basis. If you are going to use this strategy of article writing to
obtain back links, you need to write no less than two articles a day.

If you can not think of what to write about, subscribe to a few
article directory feeds yourself and re-write each article from
reading say a good six to ten articles yourself. Then make notes in
your own words what you felt were excellent points.

Doing this takes the best of all those articles and now makes a super
brand new and highly valued article than any of those six to ten
articles alone. Do this if you have no idea what to write about each
day. And throughout the days ahead, you will find you will have
thoughts about what to write about, take a note to remember later as a
new idea what to write about.

Do some research on your article subject at wikipedia, blog searches
on Google, ect. You will have no problem finding huge amounts of
content and ideas of what to write about. make your articles at least
six hundred words each. submit two a day to article directories.

You are far better to submit two articles to half as many directories
than spend your time submitting one article to twice as many
directories. It is the content that brings them back to your site, not
the number of submissions. If you consistently write two articles a
day, being sixty a month, and alot the same time each day as a habit,
you will become a leading expert in your field and the people will
find you. They will find you at 6,500 new indexed positions an hour,
and over half a million new places with two days - every day. Then you
will have all the business you need.

We must burn more calories than we consume in order for weight loss to occur.

Exercise is the key to permanent, lifetime weight control. There is no way around it. However, exercise does not have to be a punishment; it can really be pleasurable. The key is finding something you enjoy doing. I recommend that you start with three forms of activity; this prevents exercise boredom. Add more activities every month. Get in the habit of participating in at least 30 minutes of activity every day.

2. Progressive resistance training is defined as any exercise where the load to the muscle is increased by some mechanical means – weights, bands, springs and many other methods. The key is to progressively increase the weight or resistance over time. This results in more lean body mass and less fat mass. If you increase your muscle strength, you increase the "engines" that produce muscle energy. Nothing builds metabolism (muscle energy) as well as progressive resistance training. It is no wonder that there are so many overweight people with rise in the number of fast foods outlets selling food that have a lot of saturated fat in the meals. It just means that one has to eat smart by choosing the foods that have less calories. This makes it possible for someone to lose weight without the need to eat less.
